Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.
Currently US only, including Alaska and Hawaii (please allow 1–2 extra business days). We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. International shipping is in progress — join the email list to be notified when your country is available.
Subscription orders bill and ship on the same day each month, based on your original order date. If your renewal falls on a weekend or holiday, it will process the next business day. You can view and manage your next shipment date by emailing support@youranchor.co.
Shipping FAQsTracking can take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after the label is created. If it's been more than 48 hours and your tracking shows no activity, email us at support@youranchor.co with your order number.
Take a photo and email support@youranchor.co within 7 days of delivery. We'll reship at no charge.
Yes — email us before your order ships and we can update it. Once a label is created we can't change the address, but we can intercept the shipment in some cases.
